MP3 Player Holder
Use child-safe scissors and ask an adult for help with this project.
YOU WILL NEED
- An old pair of jeans
- Scissors
- Decorative patches or beads
- Glue
WHAT TO DO
Find
an old pair of jeans with a pocket that fits your MP3 player snugly.
Cut around the seam along the bottom and sides of the pocket, but leave
the waistband of the jeans intact. Dress up your pocket by gluing on
patches, beads, or other decorations.

Pamper Your Pet! Cat Grass
Your cat will love this green treat.
YOU WILL NEED
- Small planter
- Potting soil
- Water
- Packet of cat grass seeds (available at plant stores)
HERE'S HOW
Fill the planter with soil. Add water
until the soil is damp but not soaked. Sprinkle seeds across the top
layer of soil, then press them into the soil. Wet the soil again. Keep

Create a bouquet of these
beautiful tissue paper flowers for someone special. What a great way to
reuse leftover tissue paper and show someone you care!
YOU WILL NEED
- Tissue paper
- Pipe cleaner
- Optional: Scissors
HERE'S HOW
1. Place four to six pieces of tissue paper on a hard surface.
2. Fold all of the pieces together like an accordion.
3. Tie the center of the folded paper with a pipe cleaner.
4. Gently pull each piece of paper towards the top center of the flower,
separating each sheet of paper from the others and forming the petals
of the flower.
5. Repeat steps one through four to create more flowers.
